புலமைப்பரிசில், A/L பரீட்சைகள் தொடர்பான விடயங்களுக்கு நாளை நள்ளிரவு முதல் தடை

தரம் ஐந்து புலமைப்பரிசில் பரீட்சை தொடர்பான பிரத்தியேக வகுப்புகள், கருத்தரங்குகள், செயலமர்வுகளுக்கு நாளை (18) நள்ளிரவு முதல் தடை விதிக்கப்படுவதாக, பரீட்சைகள் திணைக்களம் அறிவித்துள்ளது.

வழமை போன்று குறித்த பரீட்சை நிறைவடையும் வரை இத்தடை அமுலில் இருக்குமென திணைக்களம் சுட்டிக்காட்டியுள்ளது. தரம் 05, புலமைப்பரிசில் பரீட்சை ஜனவரி 22 ஆம் திகதி நடைபெறவுள்ளது.

அந்த வகையில், 2015 ஓகஸ்ட் 12ஆம் திகதி 1927/49 எனும் அதி விசேட வர்த்தமானி அறிவித்தலுக்கமைய, 1968ஆம் ஆண்டின் 25ஆம் இலக்க திருத்தப்பட்ட பகிரங்க பரீட்சைகள் சட்டத்தின் 22ஆம் பிரிவிற்கமைய, தரம் 05 – புலமைப்பரிசில் பரீட்சை தொடர்பான குறித்த தடையுத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

அத்துடன்,  2013 ஜூன் 21ஆம் திகதி வெளியிடப்பட்ட அதி விசேட வர்த்தமானி அறிவித்தலுக்கமைய, 1968ஆம் ஆண்டின் 25ஆம் இலக்க திருத்தப்பட்ட பகிரங்க பரீட்சைகள் சட்டத்தின் 22ஆம் பிரிவிற்கமைய, க.பொ.த. உயர்தரப் பரீட்சைகள் தொடர்பான பிரத்தியேக வகுப்புகள், கருத்தரங்குகள், செயலமர்வுகளுக்கு பெப்ரவரி 01ஆம் திகதி நள்ளிரவு முதல் பரீட்சைகள் நிறைவடையும் வரை தடை விதிக்கப்படுவதாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

க.பொ.த. உயர்தரப் பரீட்சை பெப்ரவரி 07 முதல் மார்ச் 05 ஆம் திகதி வரை நடாத்த திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளமை குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

இவ்வாறு தடைவிதிக்கப்படும் குறித்த காலப்பகுதியில்,

  1. பரீட்சைக்குத் தோற்றும் மாணவர்களுக்கான பிரத்தியேக வகுப்புகளை நடாத்துதல், ஒழுங்குபடுத்தல்.
  2. பாடங்கள் தொடர்பான விரிவுரைகள், கருத்தரங்குகள், செயலமர்வுகளை நடாத்துதல்.
  3. குறித்த பரீட்சைகள் தொடர்பான மாதிரி வினாப்பத்திரங்களை அச்சிடுதல், விநியோகித்தல்
  4. குறித்த பரீட்சைகள் தொடர்பான அனுமான வினாக்களை வழங்குவதாகவோ, அது போன்ற மாதிரி வினாக்களை வழங்குவதாகவோ சுவரொட்டிகள், துண்டுப்பிரசுரங்கள், பதாகைகள் போன்றவற்றை நேரடியாக அல்லது இலத்திரனியல் ஊடகங்கள், அச்சு ஊடகங்கள் ஊடாக வெளியிடுதல், அவ்வாறானவற்றை வைத்திருத்தல் ஆகியன குற்றங்களாகும்.

குறித்த உத்தரவை மீறும் நபர்கள் அல்லது நிறுவனங்கள் இச்சட்டத்தின் கீழ் குற்றவாளிகளாவர்.

எவரேனுமொருவர் அல்லது நிறுவனம், குறித்த உத்தரவுகளை ஏதேனுமொரு வகையில் மீறுதல் அல்லது செயற்படும் நிலையில், அது பற்றி அருகில் உள்ள பொலிஸ் நிலையத்திற்கோ, பொலிஸ் தலைமையகத்திற்கோ, பரீட்சைகள் திணைக்களத்திற்கோ அறிவிக்குமாறு பரீட்சைகள் ஆணையாளர் நாயகம் எம்.எல்.டி. தர்மசேன வேண்டுகோள் விடுத்துள்ளார்.
