Empty vessels are pure!
\nPour them the good to cure!<\/p>\n

There are empty vessels everywhere!
\nWho handles them depends on
\nWhat is poured inside
\nAnd how it is handled depends on
\nHow useful and useless
\nThey would be forever
\nAlso, sometimes it can be fragile
\nSometimes they can be more durable!!<\/p>\n

Small kids are like empty vessels too!
\nWhat we teach them
\nWhat we pour them
\nWhat we guide them depends on
\nWho they are now and
\nWho they will be in future!<\/p>\n

Today, I was walking along the side of the road,
\nI saw some nursery kids near the dental
\nI was wearing a black Habaya
\nAnd a yellow head cover.
\nI don’t look awful or ugly!
\nAll praise to Allah
\nMy inner and outer appearance
\nAre always beautiful and
\nI have a clear mind and vision!
\nI don’t have hatred on anything
\nAnd I love nature
\nHuman is a part of it!!<\/p>\n

I heard some kids telling “Billa”
\nLooking at me and they were repeating
\nAlso, there was a lady
\nWho was responsible for the kids
\nShe was trying to make them calm
\nAnd shut their mouths!
\nAs soon as I heard, I went to them
\nI told them, ‘”Dear Kids,
\nwhat you said is wrong
\nYour teachers are wrong
\nYour parents are wrong
\nSince they have taught you wrong”
\nAnd I left the place!
\nI wonder why these elders are
\nFilling the empty vessels with poison!
\nWhy can’t they fill it with good things!
\nOr why can’t they leave it as it is as pure!
\nIsn’t this an act of RACISM?????<\/p>\n
