பிறகு தனது Autograph இல் இருந்து number எடுத்து நண்பிகளுடனும் உறவுகளுடனும் கதைத்து விட்டு சலீமாவிடம் 4nஐ கையளித்தாள்.

“தாத்தா சாச்சி கிட்ட இருந்து கோல் வந்தா மட்டும் எனக்கு கொஞ்சம் போனஅ கொணந்து தாங்க கோவிக்காம. please.”

“சரி தங்கச்சி, நீங்க ஒன்டும் யோசிக்க வானா. சாச்சி கோல் எடுத்தா நா கட்டாயம் சொல்றேனே.”

“சரி தாத்தா. லீனா நன்றியுடன் சலீமாவை பார்த்து புன்னகைத்தாள்.”

மறுநாள் திடீரென மாமாவும் மாமியும் அவளை பார்க்க வந்திருந்தனர். அவளுக்கு மகிழ்ச்சி பொங்கியது. ஸலாத்துடன் அவர்களை வரவேற்றாள்.

“என்ன லீனா? எங்க ஷரீப்?” மாமா கேட்டார்.

“தெரியா. வெளில போறன்டு போன. எங்க போனன்டு எனக்கு தெரியா.”

“ம்ம்.  நீங்க சந்தோசமா இருக்கிறீங்க தானே?”

அந்த கேள்வி அவளுக்குள் அழுகையை வரவழைத்தது. அவள் விம்மி விம்மி அழுதாள். மாமாவுக்கு எதுவுமே புரியவில்லை. அவர் ஆச்சரியமாக அவளை பார்த்து கொண்டிருந்தார். பிறகு அவள் அருகில் வந்து,

“ஏன் லீனா? என்ன சரி பிரச்சினயா? ஏன் இப்படி அழுறீங்க?”

“நீங்க எல்லாரும் நெனக்கிற மாதிரி இவர் இல்ல. எனக்கு வாழ்க்கயே வெறுத்துட்டு மாமா. அவர் கொஞ்சம் சரி என்னோட எரக்கம் இல்ல. ஒரு பொண்டாட்டி என்ற வகைல சரி எனக்கு அவர் எந்த ஒரு உரிமயயும் தாரல்ல. jail வாழ்க்க தான் வாழ்றேன். இங்க நடக்குறது ஒன்டு அவர் ஒஙல்ட சொல்றது இன்னொன்டு. முடிச்சதுல இருந்து இப்ப வரைக்கும் நா அழுத நாள் தான் கூட மாமா. எனய கூட்டி போங்க. please”

மாமாவின் தோளில் சாய்ந்தபடி லீனா கதறினாள். அவர் அவளது தலையை வருடி விட்டு,

“அழாதீங்க லீனா. அவன் வரட்டுமே நா கேக்குறேன். இப்படி நீங்க கண்ணீர் வடிக்கவா ஒஙல முடிச்சி குடுத்தோம் இல்லயே. நீங்க அழ வானா. அவனுக்கு திமிரு.”

ஆனால் மாமி அவனை பற்றி எதுவும் பேசவில்லை. ஏனெனில் அவன் மாமியின் குடும்ப சொந்தமாக இருந்தான். பல மணி நேரங்களின் பின்னர் அவன் வந்தான்.

“என்னா மாப்புள ஊட்டுக்கு வாரீங்க ஒரு ஸலாம் சரி இல்ல”

அவனுக்கு சங்கடமாக இருந்தது. எப்படியோ சமாளித்தான். அன்று பகலுணவின் பின்னர் எல்லோரும் அமர்ந்து கதைத்து கொண்டிருந்தனர். அப்போது மாமா திடீரென,

“என்னா ஷரீப். என்னா நெனச்சிட்டு இருக்கிறீங்க ஒஙட மனசுல. வேல வேலன்டு போனா சரியா? ஊட்ல பொண்டாட்டி ஒன்டு இருக்கிறா என்ட நெனப்பே இல்லயா? பாவம் அவள் எப்படி அழுதாள் தெரிமா? ஏன் இப்படி இரிக்கிறீங்க? ஒஙட விருப்பத்தயும் கேட்டுட்டு தானே நாங்க எஙட புள்ளய தந்தோம்? அவட கனவுகள கூட தொலச்சிட்டு ஒஙல்க்காக தானே அவ முடிச்சி வந்திருக்கிறா? அவளோட ஒஙலுக்கு ஒத்துமயா இரிக்க தெரியாதா? ஒஙல நம்பி எஙட புள்ளய தந்தா நீங்க என்னடா என்டா இப்படி வெச்சிருக்கிறீங்க?

மாமா ஷரீப்பை கடிந்து கொண்டார். அவனோ எதுவும் பேசாது தலை குனிந்து இருந்தான். பிறகு அவர் அவனுக்கு நிறைய அறிவுரைகள் வழங்கினார்.

“லீனா இதுக்கு பொறகு ஷரீப் ஒஙலோட ஒழுங்கா இரிப்ப. என்ன சரி பிரச்சின படுத்தினா எனக்கு சொல்லுங்க. நா பார்த்து கோறேன்.”

அவள் சரியென்று தலை அசைத்தாள். பிறகு மாமா சொல்லி அவன் லீனாவிடம் தனது செயல் குறித்து மன்னிப்பு கேட்டான். பதிலுக்கு அவளும் மன்னிப்பு கேட்டாள். மறுநாள் காலையில் மாமாவும் மாமியும் சென்று விட்டனர். போகும் முன்பு மாமா லீனாவிடம்,

“எனக்கு வெளங்குது லீனா. நீங்க வாழ்ற வாழ்க்க என்னான்டு. நீங்க நென்ச்சது ஒன்டு நடந்தது இன்னொன்டா ஆகிட்டு எனா? ஒஙலுக்கு தலகீழா தான் ஷரீப் இரிக்கிறான். ஒஙட type வேற அவன்ட type வேற என்ன செய்ய லீனா? நாங்க நெனக்கல்லயே இப்படி நடக்கும்டு. துஆ கேளுங்கம்மா. எல்லாம் சரி வரும். எஙட மேல என்ன சரி தவறு இருந்தா மன்னிச்சிக்கோங்க லீனா.”

அவள் அழுதாள். மாமாவுக்கும் ஆத்திரமாக இருந்தது. மூன்று நாட்களாக ஷரீப் மாறி இருந்தான். அன்பாய் பேசி கதைத்தான். அவளும் சந்தோசமாக இருந்தாள். பிறகு மீண்டும் அவன் ஆட்டத்தை காட்ட தொடங்கினான். லீனா பொறுமை இழந்தாள்.

“என்னவா நீங்க இப்படி இரிக்கிறீங்க? நல்லா தானே இருந்தீங்க. மறுகா என்னாச்சு?”

“லீனா இப்ப நீ பாக்குறது தான் ஏன்ட உண்மயான கொணம்.”

“ச்சே. இப்படி சொல்ல ஒஙலுக்கு வாய் கூசல்லயா?”

“என்னடி எனக்கே வாய் அடிக்கிறியா”

“நா வாயடிக்கல்ல சொல்றேன். ஏன் நீங்க இப்படி இருக்கிறீங்க. நா ஒஙல எவ்வளவு நல்லம்டு நெனச்சேன். ச்சே நா ஒஙல மாதிரி ஒரு ஆள வாழ்கயிலயே கண்டதில்ல.

“வாய மூடு லீனா.”

“ஏன் அப்படி சொல்றீங்க. நீங்க சொல்றது எல்லாதயும் நா கேட்டுட்டு இரிக்கனுமா. எனக்கு என்டு ஒரு ஆச பாசம் இல்லயா. எவ்வளவு நாள் தான் நானும் பொறுக்க. நானும் மனுசன் தானே. ஒஙல பத்தி இப்ப தான் எல்லாம் தெரிது .ஒஙட மனசுல யாரு இரிக்கிறன்டும் எனக்கு தெரியும்.”

“வாய மூடுடி ஏன்ட மனசுல யாரு இருந்தாலும் ஒனக்கு அது தேவல்ல”

“ச்சே ஆனா ஒன்ட மட்டும் நெனச்சி கோங்க. எல்லாரும் எப்பயும் மூடிகிட்டு மட்டும் இரிக்க மாட்டாங்க. ஏன்ட பொறுமக்கும் ஒரு அளவு இரிக்கி எப்பயுமே நானும் பொத்திக் கொண்டு இரிக்க மாட்டேன்.”

என்று கூறி விட்டு லீனா அறைக்குள் சென்று அழுதாள்.

இப்படி அவள் அவளது உரிமைகளுக்காக வாதாடுவதும் அவன் அவளை உதாசீனப்படுத்துவதும் பின்னர் மாமா மாமி வந்து அவளுக்கு ஆறுதல் கூறி அவளை தேற்றுவதுமாக நான்கு மாதங்களும் ஓடின
