நபி முஹம்மத் ஸல்லல்லாஹு அலைஹி வஸல்லம் அவர்கள் வாழும் காலத்தில் கொள்ளை நோய், தொழு நோய் போன்ற தொற்று நோய் ஏற்பட்டிருந்தும் “ஐவேளைத் தொழுகை மற்றும் ஜும்ஆவுக்கு மஸ்ஜிதில் ஒன்று கூட வேண்டாம்” என்று நபி கூறியதாக பலவீனமான ஹதீஸ் கூட இல்லை.
மாறாக தொழுகைகள் நடாத்தப்பட்டது மட்டுமன்றி ஜனாஸா தொழுகைகள் கூட ஜமாஅத்தாக நடைபெற்றது.
தொற்று நோய் பற்றிய நபியின் நேரடி வழிகாட்டுதல் இப்படி இருக்கும் நிலையில்,

எனவே, மார்க்க ரீதியாக இவ்விடயத்தை அணுகும் போது தொற்று நோயைக் காரணம் காட்டி மக்களை ஜமாஅத் தொழுகைக்கு வருவதைத் தடுப்பது முற்றிலும் தவறாகும்.
