இளைஞனின் உயிரைப் பறிக்கக் காரணமான டிக்டொக் செயலி

இளமைப் பருவத்திற்குள் காலடி எடுத்து வைக்கும் பிள்ளைகள் செய்யும், சொல்லும் சில விடயங்கள் தொடர்பில் அவர்களுக்கே போதிய புரிதல் இருக்காது. சில நேரங்களில் அவை சில நேரங்களில் அமைதியின்மையில்வன்முறையில் முடியும் .

வெல்லம்பிட்டி, சேதவத்தை வீதி, இல. 17/1 ம் இலக்க வீட்டில் வசித்த 17 வயதுடைய அப்துல் லத்தீப், இளைஞர்கள் மத்தியில் அதிகளவில் பிரபலமாகியுள்ள டிக் டொக் (Tik Tok) சமூக ஊடகத்துக்கு அதீத விருப்புக் கொண்ட ஒருவராகும். டிலா என்ற பெயரில் டிக் டொக்கில் பிரபலமடைந்துள்ள அப்துல் லத்தீப் கடந்த 3ம் திகதி மாலை படுகொலை செய்யப்பட்டார். கிராண்ட்பாஸ் பொலிஸ் நிலையத்தின் குற்றவியல் விசாரணைப் பிரிவின் பொறுப்பதிகாரி டி. ஜே. பீ. ஹேரத் தலைமையிலான கொழும்பு வடக்கு பிரிவின் புலனாய்வுப் பிரிவு அதிகாரிகள் மேற்கொண்ட விசாரணைகளின் மூலம் லத்தீபின் கொலையுடன் தொடர்புடைய ஆறு பேர் கடந்த 4ம் திகதி கைது செய்யப்பட்டனர்.

கைது செய்யப்பட்ட 14, 15 மற்றும் 16 ஆகிய வயதுகளையுடைய சந்தேக நபர்கள் வெலிகொட, பர்கியுஷன் வீதி மற்றும் ஹேனமுல்ல முகாமை அண்மித்த பிரதேசங்களைச் சேர்ந்தவர்களாகும்.

கைது செய்யப்பட்ட சிறு வயது சந்தேக நபர்கள் ஆறு பேரையும் விளக்க மறியலில் வைக்குமாறு கொழும்பு மேலதிக நீதவான் திருமதி காஞ்சனா நெரஞ்சனி சில்வா உத்தவிட்டிருந்தார். இதனடிப்படையில் சந்தேக நபர்கள் 7ம் திகதி அடையாள அணிவகுப்புக்கு உட்படுத்தப்பட்டனர். அதுவரைக்கும் பாதுகாப்புடன் மாகோல சிறுவர் இல்லத்தில் தடுத்து வைக்குமாறும் நீதவான் உத்தரவிட்டிருந்தார்.

அப்துல் லத்தீப் அதிகளவு வருமானம் இல்லாத குடும்பத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவராகும். லத்தீபின் தந்தை இறைச்சிக் கடை ஒன்றில் பணியாற்றுகின்றார். 39 வயதுடைய சித்தி பஸ்மிலா லத்தீபின் தாய்.

17 வயதுடைய லத்தீபுக்கு 22 வயதுடைய அப்துல் ரஸ்ஸாக், 15 வயதுடைய அப்துல் அஸீஸ் மற்றும் ஒரே ஒரு சகோதரியான 8 வயதுடைய பாத்திமா ஸபா ஆகிய சகோதர, சகோதரிகள் உள்ளனர். லத்தீபின் மூத்த சகோதரன் அப்துல் ரஸ்ஸாக் பேலியாகொடையில் பணியாற்றி வருகின்றார்.

கொட்டாஞ்சேனை மத்திய கல்லூரியில் 10ம் வகுப்பு வரை கல்வி கற்ற லத்தீப், முதலில் முச்சக்கர வண்டி திருத்துமிடத்தில் தொழிலுக்குச் சேர்ந்தார். அழகிய தோற்றமுடைய லத்தீப் கடந்த ஒன்றரை மாதத்திற்கு முன்னர் “வன் கோல்பேஸ்”ல் தொழிலுக்குச் சென்றாலும் அதுவும் கடந்த 31ம் திகதியின் பின்னர் தடைபட்டுப் போயுள்ளது.

லத்தீப் இற்றைக்கு இரண்டு மூன்று வருடங்களுக்கு முன்னரிலிருந்து டிக் டொக் உடன் இணைந்துள்ளார். கடந்த ஒரு வருட காலமாக காலத்திற்கு காலம் இணையத்தில் பிரபலமடையும் பாடல்களுக்கு நடனமாடி அதனை வீடியோ ஒளிப்பதிவு செய்து டிக் டொக்கில் பதிவறே்றி பிரபலமடைந்துள்ளார்.

ஒரு நாள் லத்தீப் தனது தாயிடம், “அம்மா… நான் ஜனவரி முதலாம் திகதி நண்பர்களுடன் ட்ரிப் ஒன்று போகப் போகிறேன்…. ஒவ்வொருவரும் 1500 ரூபாய் செலுத்த வேண்டும்….” எனக் கூறியுள்ளார்.

அதற்கு தாய் பஸ்மிலா, “மனதுக்கு பயமாக இருக்கு மகனே… இந்நாட்களில் அதிகமானவர்கள் எப்போதும் மது அருந்திக் கொண்டல்லவா இருப்பார்கள்…. கவனமாகப் போய் வாருங்கள்…..” எனக் கூறியிருக்கின்றார்.

புது வருடப் பிறப்பான கடந்த முதலாம் திகதி லத்தீப் காலை 7.30 மணியளவில் பயணப் பை ஒன்றையும் எடுத்துக் கொண்டு காலி, மாத்தரை, கண்டி போன்ற பிரதேசங்களுக்கு உல்லாசப் பயணம் மேற்கொள்வதாக வீட்டில் கூறிவிட்டு வீட்டை விட்டு வெளியேறியுள்ளார்.

இரண்டாம் திகதி மாலை 6 மணிக்கு வீட்டுக்கு வந்துள்ள லத்தீப், வந்த உடனேயே பயணக் களைப்பினால் தூங்கச் சென்றுள்ளார். ​

3ம் திகதி காலையில் தான் வீட்டிலிருந்து வெளியே சென்ற போதும் லத்தீப் உறங்கிக் கொண்டிருந்ததாக லத்தீபின் தாய் பஸ்மிலா கூறியுள்ளார். லத்தீபின் தாய் தனது மகளது பாடசாலைக்குச் சென்று 12.30 மணியளவில் மீண்டும் வீட்டுக்குத் திரும்பி வந்த போது லத்தீப் வீட்டுக்கு அருகில் உள்ள பாலத்தின் கீழ் இன்னும் இரண்டு நண்பர்களுடன் நின்றுள்ளார்.

அந்நேரம் லத்தீபைக் கண்ட தாய் பஸ்மிலா, “மகனே…. அண்ணாவுக்கு சாப்பாட்டைக் கொண்டு போய் கொடுத்துவிட்டு வர முடியுமா?” எனக் கேட்டுள்ளார். “நான்தான் எப்போதும் முத்த மகனுக்கு சாப்பாட்டைக் கொண்டு போய் கொடுப்பேன்” எனக் கூறிய லத்தீபின் தாய், “என்றாலும் அன்று நான் அப்படி லத்தீபினிடம் கேட்டுவிட்டேன்…. ஐயோ நான் அன்று அவ்வாறு கேட்டிருக்க கூடாது….” என அழுது புலம்பினார்.

கெதியா சாப்பாட்டு பார்சலைத் தாருங்கள் என தாயை வற்புறுத்திய லத்தீப், சாப்பாட்டு பார்சலைப் பெற்றுக் கொண்டு தனது நண்பர்கள் இருவருடன் முச்சக்கர வண்டியில் ஏறி தனது மூத்த சகோதரனுக்கு கொடுப்பதற்காக பேலியாகொடை டீ. எச். எல் நிறுவனத்திற்கு அருகில் சென்றுள்ளார். சாப்பாட்டுப் பார்சலைப் பெற்றுக் கொண்ட சகோதரன், “அம்மா கோல் பண்ணினார்…. கவனமாக உடனே வீட்டுக்குச் செல்லுங்கள் தம்பி….” என தனது சகோதரனிடம் கூறியுள்ளார்.

எனினும் லத்தீப் தனது நண்பர்களுடன் பேலியாகொடையிலிருந்து தொட்டலங்கவிற்கு நடந்து சென்றுள்ளார். அப்போது நேரம் பகல் 1.30 மணியாகியிருந்தது.

லத்தீபின் இரு நண்பர்களான அப்துல் ரஸாக் மற்றும் முஹம்மது மாஹிர் ஆகியோர் லத்தீபின் வயதையொத்தவர்களாகும். ரஸாக் சேதவத்தை பிரதேசத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவர். மாஹிர் அதற்கு அண்மித்த பிரதேசத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவர் என்றாலும் தற்போது வசிப்பது திஹாரியிலாகும். எனினும் அவரது சித்தி மாதம்பிட்டி ரந்திப உயனவில் வசித்து வந்துள்ளார்.

சகோதரனுக்குச் சாப்பாட்டுப் பார்சலை வழங்கிவிட்டு தொட்டலங்கவுக்கு வந்த லத்தீப் மீண்டும் வீட்டுக்குச் செல்ல ஆயத்தமானார். இரு நண்பர்களும் மாதம்பிட்டி சந்திக்கு வந்து மஹவத்தை வீதியில் அமைந்துள்ள புனித அந்தோனியார் தமிழ் வித்தியாலய திசையில் சென்றுள்ளார். எவ்வாறாயினும் லத்தீப் வீட்டுக்குச் செல்லாமல் டவல சின்னா வீதிக்குச் சென்று கஞ்சி அருந்தியுள்ளார். அங்கு மாஹிரும் கஞ்சி அருந்தியுள்ளார். பின்னர் ரஸாக்கும் பாடசாலைக்குச் சென்று திரும்பி அவ்விடத்திற்கு வந்து கஞ்சி அருந்தியுள்ளார். அவர்கள் மூவரும் அவ்விடத்தில் கஞ்சி அருந்திக் கொண்டிருந்துள்ளர்.

கஞ்சி அருந்திய மூவரும் ஹேனமுல்ல ரந்திப உயனவில் வசிக்கும் மாஹிரின் சித்தியின் மாடி வீட்டுத் தொகுதிக்குச் சென்று கொண்டிருந்த போது அவர்களுக்குப் பின்னால் இருவர் பின்தொடர்ந்துள்ளனர். அவர்களுக்குப் பின்னால் மேலும் நால்வரும் பின்தொடர்ந்துள்ளனர். . அவ்வாறு வந்தவர்களில் ஒருவர் “டிக் டொக் வீரர்” எனக் கூறியவாறு லத்தீபின் கழுத்தில் தாக்கியுள்ளான்.

அதன் பின்னர் லத்தீப் உள்ளிட்ட மூவரும் இடுப்பிலிருந்து பெல்ட்டைக் கழற்றி அவர்களைத் தாக்க ஆயத்தமாகியுள்ளனர்.

லத்தீபை தாக்கிய நபரின் கையில் கத்தி ஒன்று இருந்துள்ளது. உடனே அவன் லத்தீபுக்கு அருகில் சென்று லத்தீபின் வயிற்றைக் குத்திக் கிழிக்குமளவுக்கு கத்தியால் குத்தியுள்ளான்.

கத்திக் குத்தினை மேற்கொண்டவர்கள் ஹேனமுல்ல கேம்பஸ் (குடியிருப்பு) திசையில் ஓடத் தொடங்கியுள்ளனர். மாஹிர் அவர்களைப் பின்தொடர்ந்து துரத்திச் சென்றுள்ளார். அந்த வழியே சென்ற முச்சக்கர வண்டியை நிறுத்தி அதில் லத்தீபை ஏற்றிக் கொண்டு வைத்தியசாலையில் அனுமதிப்பதற்காக தொட்டலங்க சந்திக்குச் சென்றுள்ளனர். அங்கு அதிக வாகன நெரிசல் காணப்பட்டுள்ளது. அவ்விடத்தில் போக்குவரத்து கடமையில் இருந்த பொலிஸ் உத்தியோகத்தரிடம், லத்தீபுக்கு ஏற்பட்ட பிரச்சினை பற்றி கூறியதன் பின்னர் 1990 இலக்க அவசர அம்புலன்ஸ் சேவை வண்டியில் லத்தீப் தேசிய வைத்தியசாலையின் அவசர விபத்து பிரவுக்கு எடுத்துச் செல்லப்பட்டு அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டார். லத்தீபுடன் 1990 அம்புலன்ஸ் வண்டியில் ஏறிச் சென்ற மாஹிர் மற்றும் ரஸாக் ஆகியோர் லத்தீபுக்கு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட அநீதி தொடர்பில் லத்தீபின் தாயிடம் தொலைபேசி அழைப்பை மேற்கொண்டு தெரிவித்திருந்தனர்.

லத்தீபின் உயிரைக் காப்பாற்ற வைத்தியர்கள் பலத்த முயற்சிகளை மேற்கொண்ட போதிலும் மாலை 4.20 மணியளவில் இவ்வுலக வாழ்க்கைக்கு விடை கொடுத்தார்.

லத்தீப் அதிகளவில் நேசித்த டிக் டொக் செயலிக்கு இன்று வரையில் சுமார் 2 பில்லியன் பயனாளர்கள் உள்ளனர்.

2017 மற்றும் 2018 ஆண்டுகளில் திடீர் அலையாக உருவான டிக் டொக் என்பது ஒரு நிமிடத்திற்கும் குறைந்த நேரத்தில் வீடியோக்கள் மூலம் பல்வேறு விடயங்களை பதிவிடக்கூடிய ஒரு கைபேசி செயலியாகும். இதிலுள்ள பிரதான அம்சம் பிரபலமான பல்வேறு வகையான பாடல்களுக்கு நடனம் ஆடுவதாகும். டிக் டொக் இந்தியா, அமெரிக்கா, பிரேசில், இந்தோனேசியா, குவைட் உள்ளிட்ட பல நாடுகளால் தடை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள செயலியாகும். எப்படியோ, டிக் டொக் செயலி மீது அதிக ஈடுபாடு கொண்ட லத்தீபின் சிறந்த டிக் டொக் நண்பர் அவரது வயதையொத்த நாகலசந்தியில் வசிக்கும் டிக் டொக்கில் கஸ்ஸா (Kassa) என்ற பெயரில் புகழ்பெற்ற கசுன் என்ற இளைஞராகும். கடந்த நத்தார் தினமே இவர்கள் இருவரும் இணைந்து வீடியோ எடுத்த கடைசி நாளாகும். ஹேனமுல்ல மாடி வீட்டுத் தொகுதியே லத்தீப் குழுவினர் அதிகமாக டிக் டொக் வீடியோ பதிவு மேற்கொள்ளும் இடம் என கசுன் கூறியுள்ளார். கசுன் தனது நல்ல நண்பர் லத்தீபை பற்றி இவ்வாறு எம்மிடம் கூறினார்.

“லத்தீபும் நானும் சிறு வயதிலிருந்தே நண்பர்கள்…. நாம் இருவரும் டிக் டொக் செயலியுடன் ஒரு வருடத்திற்கு முன்னரே இணைந்திருந்தோம்…. நாம் காலத்திற்கு காலம் பிரபலமாகும் பாடல்களுக்கு நடனம் ஆடுவோம்….. அதிகமான வீடியோக்கள் எடுத்தது ஹேனமுல்ல மாடி வீட்டுத் தொகுதிக்குச் சென்றுதான்…. கடைசியாக வீடியோ எடுத்தது டிசம்பர் 25ம் திகதியாகும்….”

லத்தீப் டிக் டொக் மீது அதிக ஆர்வம் கொண்டிருந்தார். அவரின் தேவை அதிகளவிலான “லைக்” எடுப்பதாகும். வீடியோக்களுக்கு ஒரு மில்லியன், இரண்டு மில்லியன் “லைக்” களைப் பெறுவதற்கு விரும்பினார்…. லத்தீப் டிக் டொக்கில் பிரபலமடைவதற்கு நான் அவருக்கு அதிகளவில் ஒத்துழைப்பை வழங்கியிருக்கின்றேன்…. உண்மையைச் சொல்லப் போனால் எனது உயிரைப்போன்ற என் நண்பரை நினைக்கும் போது அதிக வேதனையாக உள்ளது…. நினைத்துப் பார்க்க முடியாத ஒன்றல்லவா இடம்பெற்றிருக்கிறது….” லத்தீபின் கொலையுடன் தொடர்புடைய சந்தேக நபர்கள் பொலிஸாரிடம் தெரிவித்த விடயங்களுக்கு அமைய, இரண்டு மாதங்களுக்கு முன்னர் மோதரை கடற்கரையில் வைத்து இடம்பெற்ற வாய்த்தர்க்கமே லத்தீபின் கொலைக்கு காரணமாக அமைந்துள்ளமை தெரியவந்துள்ளது. பின்னர் லத்தீபும், அவரது நண்பர்கள் இருவரும் கடந்த 3ம் திகதி ரந்திப உயன அடுக்குமாடி வீட்டுக்குச் செல்லும் வழியில் சந்தேக நபர்களை எதேச்சையாகச் சந்தித்துள்ளனர். பின்னர் சந்தேக நபர்கள், இவர்கள் மூவரையும் தாக்குவதற்கு திட்டங்களுடன் வந்துள்ளனர். நீதிமன்றத்தில் ஆஜர்படுத்தப்பட்ட சந்தேக நபர்களுள் ஒருவரிடமிருந்த கத்தியினால் லத்தீபின் வயிற்றுப் பகுதியைக் கிழித்துச் செல்லுமளவுக்கு குத்தியிருப்பது தெரிய வந்துள்ளது. கத்திக் குத்தினை மேற்கொண்ட 16 வயதுடைய சந்தேக நபர் அந்தக் கத்தியை கடந்த 31ம் திகதி புறக்கோட்டையில் வாங்கியிருப்பதும் தெரியவந்துள்ளது.
