கல்வி அபிவிருத்திற்கு தீர்வு ரமழானில் பாடசாலை வைப்பதா?

மேல் மாகாண ஆளுனர் அஸாத் சாலி அவர்களினால் கல்வி அபிவிருத்தி திட்டமாக மேல் மாகாணத்தில் ரமழானில் பாடசாலை நடாத்துவதற்கு தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இன்றைய பதிவை அவருக்கு ஓர் ஆலோசணை வழங்குவதாக அமைத்துக் கொள்ள விரும்புகின்றேன்.

இன்று இலங்கையில் இன மத பேதமின்றி சமுகத்தில் கல்வி பற்றிய அதுவும் தொழிலை இலக்காக கொண்ட கல்வி பற்றி விழிப்புணர்வு ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. இதனால் அனைவரும் தத்தமது மதம் சார்ந்த கல்வி, கலாச்சாரங்களுக்கு வழங்குகின்ற முக்கியத்துவம் குறைவடைந்துள்ளது.
இவ்வாறு மார்க்கத்தை மறந்த கல்வியை மாணவ சமுகத்திற்கு வழங்கியமையால் கடந்த 75 நாட்களுக்குள் மாணவர் குழு மோதல்கள் காரணமாக சமுகத்தில் மூன்று மாணவ ஆளுமைகளை தெற்கு, மேற்கு, கிழக்கு மாகாணங்களில் இழந்துள்ளோம்.

இந்நிலையில் கல்வி அபிவிருத்தி என்று தொடர்ந்தும் ரமழானிலும், ஏனைய விடுமுறை காலங்களிலும் பாடசாலை, மேலதிக வகுப்புகள் வைப்பது பற்றி மேலும் விவாதிக்க வேண்டியுள்ளோம்.

மாணவ சமுகத்தின் இன்றைய போக்கை அவதானித்தால் போதைப்பொருள் பாவனை, காதல் மயம் என ஓர் போதை வாழ்க்கையில்தான் உள்ளது. அவ்வாறே அவர்களது பரீட்சைக்கு விடை எழுதும் ஆளுமையும் சிறப்பாக உள்ளது. ஏனேனில் பாடசாலையிலும் தனியார் வகுப்புகளிலும் தற்போது பரீட்சையை மாத்திரம் இலக்காக கொண்டு கற்பிக்கப்படுகின்றது.

இவ்வாறு மாணவ சமுகம் உள்ள​மையால் ​இன்று மாணவ சமுகத்திற்கு கல்விசார் விழிப்புணர்விற்கு மேலதிகமாக நல்லொழுக்கம், தத்தமது மார்கத்தை பின்பற்றுவதற்கான வழிகாட்டல், ஊக்கம் வழங்க வேண்டியுள்ளது. அதற்காக ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமைகளில் அறநெறி பாடசாலை அரச அனுசரணையுடன் இடம்பெற்றாலும் அதற்கான ஆதரவு சமுகத்தில் குறைவடைந்துள்ளது. இந்நிலையில் ரமழானில் பாடசாலை வைக்கவேண்டும் என கருத்து முன்வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இவ்வாறு ரமழானில் பாடசாலை வைத்தால் ஏப்ரல், ஆகஸ்ட் மாதங்கள் விடுமுறைக் காலமாக அமைந்துவிடும். மேலும் அக்காலங்கள் (ஆகஸ்ட்) பெரஹர நிகழ்வுகளை இலக்காக கொண்ட சுற்றுலாக்கள் முஸ்லிம் சமுகத்திலும் பரவும். இது நம் சமுகத்திற்கு பொருத்தமானதா என்பதையும் ஆராய வேண்டும்.

ரமழான் மாதம் என்பது முஸ்லிம் சமுகத்தின் அருள் நிறைந்த மாதமாகும். இம் மாதத்தில் முஸ்லிம்கள் நன்மையான காரியங்களில் அதிகம் ஆர்வம்செலுத்துகின்றனர். அ​வ்வாறே மாணவ சமுகத்தையும் நல்வழிப்படுத்தி, இஸ்லாமிய கடகைள் பற்றிய செயன்முறை பயிற்சிகளை வழங்க ரமழான் மாத விடுமுறை​​யை பயன்படுத்த முடியும். (இவ்வாறு தற்போது சில பயிற்சிநெறிகள் ரமழானில் இடம் பெறுகின்றது.

எனவே ரமழானில் பாடசாலை வைத்து இவ்வுலக வாழ்விற்கு முயற்சிக்காமல் மறு உலக வாழ்விற்காக  ரமழானிலும் பாடசாலை வைக்காமல், அகில இலங்கை ஜம்மியத்துல் உலமா சபை அல்லது முஸ்லிம் சமய பண்பாட்டலுவல்கள் அமைச்சின் ஏற்பாட்டின் கீழ் அரசின் பூரண அனுசரணையுடன் ஒ​வ்வொரு முஸ்லிம் கிராமங்களிலும் உள்ள பிரதான பள்ளிவாசல்களிலும் மாணவ மாணவிகளுக்கான இஸ்லாம் பற்றிய செயன்முறை பயிற்சிநெறிகளை ஆரம்பிப்பதன் ஊடாக இன்றைய மாணவ சமுகத்தில் சிறந்த மாற்றத்தை ஏற்படுத்த முடியும்.
