சிங்க புத்திரன்

ஆசியாவின் ஆச்சரியமாக இலங்கையை மாற்ற ஆட்சி புரிந்த மஹிந்த ராஜபக்ஷவின் பூர்வீக கிராமத்துக்கு அருகே உள்ள முஸ்லிம் ஊர் அது. அக் கிராமத்தையும் நகரையும் இணைக்கும் நீண்ட பாதையுடன் இணைந்ததாக குளம் மற்றும் அதனுடன் இணைந்தது  போல வௌவால்களின் பூர்வீகமாக  உள்ள மரதோப்புக்களும் அவ்வூரை மெருகூட்டும் விதமாக உள்ளது.

அந்த அழகை ரசித்துக் கொண்டு வைத்தியசாலை சென்ற அப்துல் மஜீதுக்கு ஒரே ஒரு கவலை அன்று ஆசியாவின் ஆச்சரியமாக இலங்கையை மாற்ற அந்த குளத்துக்கு அருகே வௌவால்களின் பூர்வீகமாக மற்றுமன்றி அந்த ஊருக்கே குளிர்ச்சியை வழங்கிக் கொண்டிருந்த மரங்களில் பலதை வெட்டி வீழ்த்தியமையாகும்.

மாவட்ட அரச பொது வைத்தியசாலை சி. டி ஸ்கன் இயந்திரம் இயங்காமையினால் அதற்கு பின்புறம் உள்ள தனியார் வைத்தியசாலையில் பெற்ற சி. டி ஸ்கேன் அறிக்கையை கிளினிக் டாக்டரிடம் காட்டவே அப்துல் மஜீத் சென்று கொண்டிருந்தான்.

வைத்தியசாலையில் டாக்டர்  சி. டி ஸ்கேன் அறிக்கையை பார்த்துவிட்டு, இந்த ரிபோர்ட் படி ஒங்களுக்கு ஒரு பிரச்சினையும் இல்ல ஆனா இங்க ஹொஸ்பிடல் biopsy (பயாப்ஸி) ரிபோர்ட் படி உங்களுக்கு கேன்சர் என்றவாறு டாக்டர் பயாப்ஸி ஹிஸ்டோபோதாலஜி (biopsy histopathology) அறிக்கையை கைக்கு கொடுத்தான்.

டொக்டர் பயாப்ஸி ரிப்போர்ட் என்டால் என்ன?

அதுவந்து உங்கட ஒடம்புல இருந்து எடுத்த  திசு அ மைக்ரோஸ்கோப் ல பெருஷாக்கி பார்க்கிற ரிபோர்ட்.

“அதுல என்ன எழுதி இருக்குது டொக்டர்.”

“Cancer in muscles moderately (கேன்சர் இன் மஸல்ஸ் மொடெரேட்லி) அதாவது மிதமான அளவில் தசைகளில் புற்றுநோய் கிருமி உள்ளது என்டு”

குறித்த அறிக்கையை பெற்றுக் கொண்டு அத்துடன் புற்றுநோய்க்கான சிகிச்சை முறை மற்றும் அதற்கு வர வேண்டிய தினங்கள் தொடர்பான விபரங்களை பெற்றுக்கொண்டு கவலையுடன் வீட்டுக்கு வருகிறார் அப்துல் மஜீத்.

அவனுக்குள் அண்மை காலமாக நாட்டில் நடந்த வைத்தியத்துறை சார்ந்த பல சோக சம்பவங்களும் நினைவுக்கு வந்தது அதாவது இந்த சிகிச்சை காலத்தில் தனக்கு தேவையான மருந்து அரச வைத்தியசாலையில் இருக்குமா தேவையான இயந்திரங்கள் தடங்கள் இன்றி சரியாக இயங்குமா என்ற பயமே அது.

கவலையுடன் வீடு நோக்கி வந்த தந்தை அப்துல் மஜீதை நோக்கி   “வாப்பா டொக்டர் எந்த சென்ன?” என மகள் பர்ஹானா கேட்டாள்.

“டொக்டர் பயோ டேட்டா (bio data)  எண்டு என்னமோ ரிப்போர்ட் தந்த அதுல எனக்கு கேன்சர் என்ட மகள்.” என்று கூறியவாறு தந்தை குறித்த அறிக்கையை மகளிடம் நீட்டினாள்.

தந்தைக்கு புற்றுநோய் என்று கூறியதும் மகள் பர்ஹானா தன் கவலையை வெளிப்படுத்தாமல் தைரியத்தை வரவழைத்தவனாக குறித்த அறிக்கையை நிதானமாக வாசித்தாள்.

அதன்படி latissimus dorsi (லடிஸ்ஸிம்ஸ் டோர்ஸி) என்ற பரந்த முதுகுப் பகுதியில் இருந்து பெறப்பட்ட செல்களில் புற்றுநோய் தொற்று உள்ளதாக உள்ளது.  முடிவாக Cancer in muscles moderately (கேன்சர் இன் மஸல்ஸ் மொடெரேட்லி) அதாவது மிதமான அளவில் தசைகளில் புற்றுநோய் தொற்று உள்ளதாக குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதை சரியான முறையில் வாசித்து தந்தைக்கு கூறினால் பயத்தினாலும் அச்சசத்தினாலும்  தந்தை நிரந்தர நோயாளியாகிவிடும் என்று உணர்ந்த மகள் தந்தையை தைரியப்படுத்தும் விதமாக உரையாட தொடங்கினாள்.

“வாப்பா இது உங்கட பயோ டேட்டா தான் இதுல உங்கள பத்திதான் இருக்குது நீங்க பாடசாலை போரா காலத்துல ஸ்கூல் கலா மன்றதுளா பாட்டு பாடுற எண்டு எனக்கும் பாட்டு பாட சொல்றதனே. லாஸ்ட் ஆக ஊர்ல நடந்த மீலாத்துழாவுலயும் பாட்டு பாடினதானே அதமாறி வாப்பா நீங்க டொக்டர்ட போய் பாட்டு  படிச்சா இதுல Can sir in musical moderately (கேன் சேர் இன் மியூசிக்கல் மொடெரேட்லி) அதாவது மொடெரேட் ஆக  மியூசிக் பாட்டு பாட  முடியும் ஐயா எண்டுதான் இருக்குது என்டு தந்தையை உற்சாகமூட்டும் நோக்கில் கவலையை அடக்கிக் கொண்டு அதனை இரட்டை அர்த்தம் வரும் விதமாக வாசித்து காட்டினாள்.

“மகள் ஒங்களுக்கு எல்லாதுலயும் ஒரே ஜோக் நான் டொக்டர்ட  போய் பாட்டு பாடல்ல. டொக்டர்மார்  சொகமாக்க கஷ்டமான  நோய்க்கு வைக்குற ஒரே பெயர்தான் கேன்சர்.  இனி நானும் நிரந்தர நோயாளிதான்”

“வாப்பா அப்பிடி சொல்ல வாணம் நோய தந்து அத கொணப்படுத்துபவன் அல்லாஹ். ஊர்லயும் தாசிம் மாஸ்டர் ட மகனுக்கு  இந்த நோய் வந்து கொணப்படுத்தின.  அதுக்கு ஒரு முயச்சிதான் டொக்டர்மார் தார மருந்தும் செய்ற ஒபரேஷனும் . சரி நீங்க பயப்புட வானம் , ஒங்கட கேன்சர  சோமாக்க ஏழும். டொக்டர் எந்த செய்யணும் எண்டு சென்ன?”

“25 நாளாகி கீமோ தரணும் என்ட, 10 நாளாகி கரண்ட் புடிக்கணும் என்ட“

“கரெண்ட் புடிக்ர   என்ட…. .. 240 வோல்டேஜ் கரெண்ட் கம்பிய புடிக்ரா?” என்று மகள் தந்தையை சீண்டும் விதமாக கேட்டாள்.

“இல்லடி மகள், ஜோக் விலயாடாம செல்ரத கேளு இந்த கீமோ தந்து கரெண்ட் புடிச்சி முடிய செல்ல என்ட இந்த கருபு கொண்ட எல்லாம் நரச்சி வெள்ளயாகி ஈக்கும்.”

“ஆ அப ஒகட துஆ எல்லாம் கபூலாக பொரெண்டு அர்த்தம்  ஏண்டா ஏழு பேர்ட  துஆ எந்த திரையுமில்லாம கபுலாகுது அதுல ஒரு குரூப் தான் நோயாளிகள் அது மட்டுமா ஒரு மனிசன்ட கால்ல முள்ளு குத்தினால்  மட்டுமல்ல கவல நோய் நொடி வந்தாலே பாவங்கள் மன்னிக்கப்படுது. மருந்தால் கொண்ட நரச்சாலும்  கவலப்பட வாணம் வாப்பா ஒரு நரைச்ச முடிக்கு ஒரு நன்ம எழுதி ஒரு பாவம் மன்னிக்கப்படுது மட்டுமல்ல அந்த நரைச்ச முடி மறுமைல அவருக்கு ஒளியாக இருக்கும் என்டு எல்லாம் பல ஹதீஸ்கள் இருக்குது வாப்பா.”

“இனி வாப்பா நைன்டீன் கிட்ஸ் ஆனா எனக்கும் அவசரமாக கலியாணம் நடக்க துஆ கேளுங்க”

“சரி மகள் ஒன்ட கலியாணத்தை  ஏன்ட கையாள செய்யணும் எண்டது ஏண்ட நீண்ட நாள் ஆச அது நடந்திடும்.”

இலங்கையில் இக்கால பேசு பொருளாக உள்ள மருந்து பற்றாக்குறை, அடிக்கடி பழுதடையும் சிகிச்சை இயந்திரங்கள், டாக்டர்களின் தவறான சிகிச்சையால் உயிரிழக்கும் நோயாளிகள் மற்றும் வைத்தியசாலைக்கு அருகில் மலர்ச்சாலை அமைக்க வேண்டும் என்ற பாராளுமன்ற உரைகளை கேட்டால் தன் தந்தை நிரந்தர நோயாளியாகிவிடும் என்ற பயத்துடன்

“வாப்பா இந்த கேன்சர் ஒபரேஷன் முடியும் வர நீங்க அடிக்கடி செய்தி பார்க்காமல் சூரத்துல் பகரவா பொருளோட ஓதுங்க” என்று கூறி விட்டு தந்தைக்கு தேநீர் தயாரித்து கொடுக்க சமையலறை சென்றாள் பர்ஹானா.

 உங்களுக்கு முன்னே சென்று போனவர்களுக்கு ஏற்பட்ட சோதனைகள் உங்களுக்கு வராமலேயே சுவர்க்கத்தை அடைந்து விடலாம் என்று நீங்கள் எண்ணுகிறீர்களா? அவர்களை (வறுமை, பிணி, நோய் போன்ற) கஷ்டங்களும் துன்பங்களும் பீடித்தன. “அல்லாஹ்வின் உதவி எப்பொழுது வரும்” என்று தூதரும் அவரோடு ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களும் கூறும் அளவுக்கு அவர்கள் அலைகழிக்கப்பட்டார்கள். “நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ்வின் உதவி சமீபத்திலேயே இருக்கிறது” (என்று நாம் ஆறுதல் கூறினோம்) (அல்குர்ஆன் 2:214)
