ஆணை விட பெண்ணே பேசப்பட பொருத்தமானவள். அன்று ஒரு சம்பவம் என்னை எழுத வைத்தது.

“இவளுகள் உடுக்குற ஹிஜாபுக்கு பதிலா உடுக்காமயே இருக்கலாம்” என்டு கடைசியாய் அந்த முதியவர் புலப்பிக்கொன்டு நடந்தார்.

ஆம் நம் ஆடை உரிமையிழப்பின் ஆரம்பம் சிலசமயங்களில் நம்மிடம் இருந்தே ஆரம்பமாகியுள்ளது என்பது கவலை தரும் விடயம்.

இஸ்லாத்தை வாழ வைக்கும் பணியில் ஈடுபடும் பெண்ணானவள் தனித்துவமானவளாக இருக்க வேண்டும். அவளை தனித்துவப்படுத்தும் அங்கங்களில் ஒன்று  ஹிஜாப் ஆகும். அதேபோன்று பெண்ணை மறைக்கும் அல்லது பாதுகாக்கும் ஒரு கேடயமுமாகும். இவ் ஹிஜாபை நம் ஒழுங்கு முறையான வரையறையினுள் அணிந்தாலே நம் கற்பு, நாணம் அனைத்தும் பாதுகாக்கப்பட்டு பேணப்படும். ஹிஜாபின் நோக்கமே நம் கற்பையும், மானத்தையும் பாதுகாப்பதாகும்.

ஹிஜாப் என்பது நம் அடையாளம் மட்டுமல்ல. அல்லாஹ்வின் கட்டளையும் நம் கண்ணியத்துக்குமுரிய ஒன்றுமாகும். நம் ஆடை தளர்வானதாகவும், கவர்ச்சியற்றதாகவும் (தபர்ருஜ் அற்றதாக), ஆண்களின் ஆடையைப்  போன்ற ஆடையாகவும் இருத்தல் கூடாது.

ஆடையில் மட்டுமல்ல ஹிஜாப்… நம் பேச்சில், பார்வையில், கேட்டலில், சிந்தனையில் என அனைத்திலும் ஹிஜாப் பேணப்பட வேண்டும். இறைவன் ஒரு பெண்ணுக்கு வழங்கியுள்ள கவசங்கள்

  1. ஹிஜாப்
  2. இறையச்சம்

இரண்டும் ஒழுங்கு முறையில் பேணப்படுவதே உண்மையான பேணுதலாகும். அதுவே நம் பெண்மையின் அடையாளமாகும்.

ஹிஜாப் அணிந்த பெண் சில விடயங்களிலிருந்து தவிர்ந்திருப்பது அவளுக்கு சிறந்ததாகும்.

  • அன்னிய ஆடவருடன் தனித்திருத்தல்.
  • நறுமணம் பூசக்கூடாது,அலங்காரம் கூடாது. (அல்குர்ஆனின் (23:31)இல் தெளிவாக விளக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
  • பாதையின் நடுவே நடக்காதீர்.(தபர்ருஜ் அமைப்பில்)

சிறந்த ஆடை பற்றிக் கூறுகையில்:

يَبَنِي اٰدَمَ قَداَنزَلنَا عَلَيکُم لِبَاسًا يُّوَارِی سَواٰتِکُم وَرِيشًا وَلِبَاسُ التَّقوَی ذٰلِكَ خَير ذٰلِكَ مِن اٰيَتِ اللهِ لَعَلَّهُم يَتَذَکَّرُونَ﴿٧:٢٦﴾

ஆதமுடைய மக்களே! உங்களுடைய மானத்தை மறைக்கக்கூடிய ஆடையையும் அலங்காரத்தையும் திட்டமாக நாம் உங்களுக்கு இறக்கி வைத்திருக்கின்றோம்; இன்னும் (பாவங்களை மறைத்து விடக்கூடிய, பரிசுத்தத்தன்மையான) பயபக்தி எனும் ஆடை அதுதான் மிக்க மேலானது; அது அல்லாஹ்வுடைய அத்தாட்சிகளில் உள்ளதாகும். (இதனைக் கொண்டு) அவர்கள் நல்லுணர்ச்சி பெறலாம். (அல்குர்ஆன்:7:26)

அன்றும் இன்றும் ஹிஜாபின் நிலைமை

அன்றைய காலத்தை விட இன்று ஹிஜாபில் பாரிய மாற்றங்கள் ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளன. இன்றைய ஆடைகள் ஆண்களைப் பார்க்கத் தூண்டும் வகையிலையே அமைந்துள்ளன.(என்னைப் பார் ஆடைகள்)

இன்றைய காலத்தில் வாழும் சில பெண்கள் ஹிஜாப் அணிவது, சமூகத்திலுள்ள அனைத்து பெண்களும் அணிகிறார்களே; கணவனின் சொல்லுக்கு கட்டுப்பட வேண்டுமே; சிறுபான்மை சமூகத்தில் வாழ்கின்றோமே; சமூகத்தில் ஒதுக்கப்படாமல் வாழ வேண்டுமே; முஸ்லிம் என்ற அடையாளத்தைக் காட்ட வேண்டுமே; எனும் நோக்கங்களுக்காகவே அணிகிறார்கள்.

மேலும் அவர்களது ஆடைகள்; அலங்காரங்கள் வெளியில் செல்லும் போது, அணிந்தும் அணியாத நிர்வாணிகளாகவும், பிறரை தன்பக்கம் சாய்த்தும் தானும் பிறர் பக்கம் சாய்ந்தும், தன் முடியை ஒட்டகத்தின் திமிலை போன்று உயர்த்திக் கட்டியும், மணம் பூசியும் கவர்ச்சியாக (தபர்ருஜ்) செல்கிறார்கள்.

அதுபோல இன்றைய காலகட்டத்தில் நம் நாட்டில் ஏற்பட்டுள்ள குளப்ப நிலையினால் நிர்ப்பந்தத்திற்காக கூறப்பட்ட அறிவுறுத்தல்களையும் மீறி நம் சமூகத்தில் சிலர் ஹிஜாபின் நோக்கத்தையே சீர்குலைத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றனர். விடுக்கப்படும் அறிவுறுத்தல்களுக்கு கட்டுப்படுகின்றார்கள் என்ற பெயரில் ஷரீஅத்தையே குழி தோண்டி புதைத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றார்கள்.

ஷஹீததுல் ஹிஜாப்களை கொண்ட வரலாற்று சமூகத்தில் ஹிஜாப் தொடர்பில் ஒரு ஆடைக்கான பெயர் என்ற மனப்பாங்குடன் இன்றும் இருப்பது நம் மார்க்க அறிவு தொடர்பான வீழ்ச்சியை ஒரு பக்கம் சுட்டிக்காட்டுகிறது. ஹிஜாப் என்பது காலத்தை மையமான ஆடை என்பதையும் விட விதிமுறைகள் அடிப்படையிலான ஆடை என்ற விழிப்புணர்வுடன் கவனம் காட்ட வேண்டும்.

எங்கள் உரிமைகளில் ஒன்று எம் ஆடைக்கலாச்சாரம். அதற்கான கலங்கங்களை ஏற்படுத்துவதின் ஆரம்பத்தை நாம் எம்மிடம் இருந்தே ஆரம்பித்து விட்டது நாம் செய்த சமூக துரோகமும் ஆகும்.

இப்படியே நம் சமூகம் செல்லுமானால் ஆன்மீகம் மற்றும் சமூகவியல் தகைமை உள்ள ஆளுமைகள் எப்போது உருவாகும்?

எனவே, அன்றும் இன்றும் என்றும் தன் கேடயம் ஹிஜாபை ஒழுங்கான முறையில் பேணி கண்ணியதுடன் நம் இஸ்லாத்தை வாழ வைப்போம்.

நடைமுறை வழிகாட்டல்கள்

  • பொது இடங்களில் மிகவும் கவனமாக இவ்விடயத்தில் செயல்படல் . இன்று நம் ஆடைக்கலாச்சாரம் தொடர்பான பிழையான மனப்பாங்கை நாமே ஏற்படுத்தாமல் இருப்போம்.
  • அரச மட்டத்திலான உரிமை கோரல் சட்ட நடவடிக்கைகளில் நம் ஆடைக்கலாச்தாரத்திற்காக துணிச்சலுடன் பங்கேற்போம்.
  • நம் ஆடை வடிவமைப்பையும் விட நம் ஆடைக்கான விதிமுறைகளை அவதானிப்போம்.
  • இது பயங்கரவாத ஆடை கிடையாது. இது பக்குவத்திற்கான ஆடை என நடத்தையில் புரிய வைப்போம்.
